In practice anyway!<br /><br />The point isn't about who Tony was with the last time he was in the Commons, it is about the fact he spent 8 years there (that is right isn't it Tony? I have election fatigue) and was ~ as far as I can remember ~ good at it.<br /><br />Of course with a party behind you, you have more ability to put your views across and what have you.
